Mullowney General Contractor, Inc. is a privately owned construction company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Jim Mullowney has garnered a strong sense of fine craftsmanship, quality workmanship, and professionalism through his unique project experiences across the United States. His journeyman carpentry experience in Santa Cruz, California led to the foundation of Mullowney General Contractor, Inc. in 1982. With long-standing headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee, Jim still draws from his various project sites across the country including Sun Valley, Telluride, and Austin all while continuing to honor his Northern California patronage.

The company’s focus is to build homes with that same foundation of quality workmanship. With over forty years of woodworking experience, the most advanced structural construction techniques in the country, and an emphasis on the impact to the local community and environment, our projects can exceed National Energy standards and achieve LEED certification.
